Delivery Media
Once your content has been converted to files, it will be delivered on a 1Terabyte-or larger-Hard Disk Drive, sold at cost. For orders below 1 Terabyte alternative media can be arranged.
Master Files are high quality and very large. As an option, we recommend the creation of a Proxy File, that can be viewed on most home computers. A DVD or BlueRay video recording is also offered as an option.
We recommend the use of LaCie Mobile drives for their reliability, compatibility with Apple or Windows, in addition to their Data Recovery Services.
Cloud Access and Storage
Second Debut has partnered with Stratustor, a cloud service exclusively devoted to video storage and sharing. Built on Microsoft’s worldwide Azure Cloud network, this robust service is technically designed to handle all known codecs and files of any type or size. Your content will be secure and accessible for downloads, streaming or distribution. Archivists can also rely on this service to make their A/V collections accessible to the public, without the high capital cost of owning media servers.
